The Jaimu MC-1 Vacuum Centrifugal Concentrator is a high-performance and compact laboratory solution developed for the safe, fast, and efficient concentration of samples. With its ergonomic design measuring only 28 cm in width, it takes up minimal bench space while delivering powerful performance with a rotation speed of 1800 rpm and a maximum centrifugal force of 380×g. Thanks to the Teflon coating in its chamber and its PTFE material infrastructure, the system provides absolute protection against harsh chemicals and corrosion. Its precise temperature control and one-touch operation features, which prevent operator errors, make laboratory workflows exceptionally safe and practical.
- High Corrosion Resistance: The centrifuge chamber is protected by a special Teflon coating, and all gas-contacting tubing is made of chemical-resistant PTFE material to ensure maximum durability against corrosion.
- Fast Temperature and Wide Control Settings: Offers quick one-touch temperature selection for room temperature, 30°C, 45°C, and 60°C. It also features a timer setting between 0–9999 minutes and a wide temperature control range from R+5°C to +70°C.
- Compact and Quiet Design: Saves laboratory space with its 350 × 280 × 290 mm dimensions and 18 kg weight, while preventing noise pollution with a sound level of ≤55 dB(A).
- Flexible Rotor Diversity: In addition to the standard 66 × 1.5 ml tube rotor, it supports optional rotors with capacities of 10 × 15 ml, 24 × 5 ml, and 6 × 50 ml to accommodate various experimental scenarios.
- Comprehensive Accessory Compatibility: Can operate seamlessly with JM50 (-50°C) and JM50-Plus (-60°C) low-temperature cold trap models, and is fully compatible with the corrosion-resistant 410 and 480 series diaphragm vacuum pumps.
